Are NeuroBlox safe for my child?
Absolutely. All our kits are tested to UK toy safety standards. We provide age recommendations clearly on each product page.
What age are your kits suitable for?
Most of our sets are recommended for children aged 6 and up, as they include smaller pieces that require fine motor skills and focus. However, every NeuroBlox kit comes with its own age recommendation based on complexity and play style — so you can choose confidently based on your child’s needs and interests.
Can I request a custom set?
Yes! If you’re dreaming of a block set themed around a favourite interest — whether it's space, animals, vehicles or something wonderfully niche — we’d love to hear about it. We create custom builds whenever we can.

When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Can I return my order if it’s not right?
Of course. If there’s a problem with your set, or if you’re simply not happy for any reason, you’re welcome to return it. Just head to our Returns Page and fill out the short form. One of our team will be in touch within 24 hours to help, though we often respond much sooner.
