At NeuroBlox, we believe play should feel easy — and so should returns. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right, with a clear, calm process that respects your time.

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility

We accept returns for any reason — whether you've changed your mind or the product wasn’t quite what you expected.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in a saleable condition
  • All parts or accessories must be included
  • Original packaging is helpful but not required

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of damage or wear not caused during delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

We offer:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A like-for-like exchange, based on product availability

Let us know your preference when submitting your return request.

Return Shipping

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return postage and provide a prepaid label.

If you’ve changed your mind, we kindly ask you to cover return shipping.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 1 working day. Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

This policy applies to all physical products purchased directly through our website.
Return requests submitted after the 14-day window may not be accepted.
