How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

What can I return?

We accept returns on any item, whether you’ve changed your mind or something wasn’t quite what you expected. Items don’t need to be in their original packaging — we just ask that they’re returned in a saleable condition.

Do I get a refund or an exchange?

It’s up to you — we’re happy to offer either a full refund or a like-for-like exchange.

Who pays for return postage?

  • damaged, lost, or faulty, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and cover all return costs.
  • changed your mind or ordered by mistake, we kindly ask you to cover the return postage.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed the same day.
