Delivery Policy

At NeuroBlox, we aim to keep delivery simple, clear, and stress-free. This policy sets out how and when your order will arrive, and what to expect if something goes wrong.
UK Delivery Only
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. All UK orders qualify for free standard delivery, with no minimum spend.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
- Standard delivery usually takes 3–4 working days after dispatch.
Please note that working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods (e.g. holidays, promotional events).
Couriers
We use trusted UK delivery partners to ensure safe and timely shipping. Couriers are selected based on your delivery location and parcel size. At this time, we do not offer courier selection or guaranteed express services.
Packaging
We use lightweight, branded packaging to reduce waste, minimise bulk, and keep our pricing sustainable. Where possible, our materials are recyclable or reusable.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or does not arrive:
- We will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost
- If your item arrives damaged, we will provide a free return label and arrange a replacement or refund promptly
We may request photos of the damage or packaging to help us investigate the issue with our supplier or courier. This helps us maintain our high standards of quality and care.
Tracking
At this time, standard delivery is not tracked. We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
