This site (www.neuroblox.co.uk) is operated by NeuroBlox Ltd, a UK-registered company. Our goal is to create calm, structured play experiences for every child — but we also take our business responsibilities seriously.

2. Products & Orders

We sell physical, ready-made play products. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
We accept payment via major providers through Shopify Payments (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal).

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example, due to suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors. You’ll be notified if this happens.

3. Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier performance.

4. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. For full details, see our Returns Policy.

Returns must be in saleable condition. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been dispatched.

While we aim to provide safe, high-quality products, our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased.

We are not liable for indirect losses, delays beyond our control, or misuse of our products.
